Below is a list of public policies we as staff stick to, to ensure a consistent community is upheld. → If a tribe is insided, the victims are NOT to be reimbursed for any loss. Tribes are responsible for whom they invite to their tribe(s). Insider will be banned for 14 days, if the insider agrees to return all insided belongings back to the victim tribe to their satisfaction, then the ban may be shortened or lifted. Exceptions can be made in extreme circumstances. → Players must be aware whoever leader of the tribe is in game is entitled to do whatever they wish with the tribes roster or belongings. → A tribe leader can be overthrown in MAJOR circumstances. If a tribe provides explicit evidence of the leader being tyrannic, untrustworthy or inactive for over 7 days plus ALL remaining other tribe-members involved vote him out, then they can remove him from ownership. Players must still be a part of the in-game tribe to be eligible for overthrowing the leader. Being removed or kicked from the tribe would be considered too late. → If a playing MTS Admin(s) or Admin(s) tribe is involved in a dispute, in game situation or an escalated ticket, these staff members will be excluded from all discussions & tickets immediately and have no input in the outcome of the decision made by unbiased staff. → When we issue bans, we will not diclose full details or share evidence that was used in the process of banning a player. This is to protect our methods of catching cheaters to maintain a fair and safe environment so that the knowledge cannot be used in future scenarios. → If a tribe is reported and found guilty for a breach of our rules or code of conduct, but admins are unsure on who the actual individual culprit(s) are. MTS staff may ban the entire tribe initially, once the tribe comes forward and discuss who the individual(s) are who broke said rule and investigations are complete, all innocent member(s) may be unbanned and the rightful member(s) ban will remain. Only the rule breakers needs to be punished. → If there is a large scale raid which goes on for an extended period of time, and the defenders give up and despawn all of their loot (effectively taking the ban). Then in extreme circumstances recovery server may be used for admins to open and turn off turrets to allow attackers to retrieve any loot which was rightfully theirs to take back to main cluster. This process must be inspected by an admin at all times who must not leave them unattended on the server. Lost characters/mesh reports etc take priority when demand is high for recovery server usage. → If a player logs into Aberration to find themselves falling under the world and eventually leading to death. Then the player is not to be reimbursed for their gear - there are mutiple warnings put out regarding this avoidable bug that only commonly happens on Aberration maps. Players must understand the risk when logging out with valuable gear on Aberration! Falling through the world when using climbing picks for example is different and can be compensated.
