Introducing a brand new Support System for MTSArk!
For the past few weeks, we have been wanting to improve our support system for our players. Our old system was created when our community was alot smaller in size. Now we have grown into a nearly 20k member discord with our server being more popular than ever we felt the time was right to invest and develop a fully fledged system to make yours and our experience better.
With this new system we hope to increase support time and quality of support. We hope your appreciate our efforts to improve this part of our community.

We have moved our support system entirely off of our discord and onto a web-based interface, please view below for details on our new support setup:
Sign up to our MTS Support Desk @ https://mtsark.freshservice.com/support/signup
1. Head to mtsark.co.uk/support or click the "support" button at the top of the page.
2. From here, you will choose a category - Gameplay Support or Shop Orders.
3. You will then choose a ticket type from the list; this will take you to our helpdesk.
4. If you have not done so already you will be instructed to login or sign up. (This only needs to be done once).
5. From here you can fill out of the information we require - no more back and forth between admins and players to gain information and struggling with timezones etc.
6. You will be notified via email when there has been a response to your ticket.
Please note if you had an existing ticket which was still pending you will have to re-submit it using our new system.
